Anyone else having issues sending a PM?

I've been trying to send messages but for some reason it will not let me even type anything in the message portion.

I sent one this am and had not problem.

I sent one to you earlier with no problem. Did you receive it?

That was the problem I had last night.....????  I am going to try again now....here it goes!!

That happens to me every time I send a message.  The box is gray, and if you type you don't see any typing but the curser is blinking?  You can go ahead and type your message and hit send, and it will send and you can see it in your sent items, you just can't see it as your typing!!  My messages have all kinds of typos!
