Onderland today - 197.8 lbs!

I made it to ONDERLAND, I am so happy! I seriously never thought I would see a "1" on the scale ever again....I was 256lb and for sure I was headed to 300+. The Sleeve has saved me for sure, and I know I must commit to this lifestyle - high quality dense protein firs****er, exercise.

Now, 50 more lbs to go! I can do it!
