I have taken up running and actually enjoy it.  I have a great relationship with my chiropractor and he mentioned he can help me run faster.  I thought it was odd but okay.  I started the program called preventative something.  I scored a 7 which shows I am headed for an injury.  My right knee pulls in when I do a squat, I lean forward too much, and my feet turn in when I run.  We are working on squats and strengthening my middle shoulder muscles.  Lets just say I have never gone low enough in a squat before!  I have done a lot of them but now I know the proper way.  I don't know if I can do them alone without the person helping me with a stretch band but I will get there.  My thighs and shoulders are really sore!!!  I am signing up for a 15K hilly scenic in the heat run next month so I will let you all know if it helped me on my time.  I'm super competitive!  I slouch when I run and have been having the right knee pain.  So looking forward to having a lower pace.  In the heat I am slow though.  Cool air I am 9:30, heat I am 10:15-1030.   We'll see.

Is this a questioner assessment or testing, like kind off like a sleep study? There is an assessment, like a study and it helps to identify problem areas, while exercise, have you heard of that?
