thank you..i am not sure if your are post op or  just had the vsg....but take one day at a time...and you will do well... and try not  to worry about the bumps in the road....during your first yr out....

Tomorrow I'm 3 weeks post op.  So far so good.  I'm doing well and have never had that "what have I done I regret this" kind of feeling.  So far that is.... but I know any challenge will be worth it.

Damn! What a difference a year and a lot of hard work can make! You look awesome. Actually, more than awesome, your transformation is stunning. You are truly beautiful!

thank you i am amazed at my transformation everyday....yep its  a lot of work but i  remind myself to stay focus and not to let the food devil get to me....its been a yr for me to truly reflect on how to be healthy and deal with life issues at the same time
