ONDERLAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I haven't been here in a while, work and school keeps my head going crazy. But this week on July 16, it will make one year since my sleeve surgery. This last year has been a hard road. Who ever said this was easy was so wrong. Nevertheless, I would do it ten times over. I stalled like crazy. It was disappointing at times, but I didn't give up. I exercised more in this last six months than I have had my entire life. I realized that I love it and my body craves it. It makes me feel alive. I love the fact that instead of having two servings of everything I actually have only half and I am satisfied. I have lupus and I am fighting it with every being inside of me. The weight loss has helped me tremendously in doing so. The last time I was under 200 lbs was 27 years ago. Can't wait to reach my goal!!!
Great job! Sorry you have had such a rough year but just know that you can do this little steps at a time. Wishing you the best on your journey to goal. We have about the same amount left to lose and it is hard! I have realized that I will have to fight for every pound I lose and I need to increase my exercise in order to make goal. I am not giving up and neither will you
