Does anyone know a good plastics surgeon in Ohio or Indiana?

I have only lost 79.4 pounds and have 24 to go. Although I've heard I should wait a year for some shrinkage, my skin is REALLY sagging. My arms are the worst but my chest, stomach and thighs could use some attention. I know insurance will not cover this. How do you afford to have this done? One surgery at a time? Help vets. Finding the funds and knowing who is good at this is what I need help with.
