What insurance do you have that requires that?

Keystone Health Plan East but it was my doctor that requires it if your diagnosed with sleep apnea.  Didn't even know I had it!

Use that sucker every night and those hours will add up!  You will find that you will sleep SO much better with it.  I've had mine since March and haven't slept a night without it since.

Oh I plan on using it ever night.  My doctor also said while I'm watching TV and relaxing I can wear it.  I got the machine yesterday at 2pm and I racked up more than 8 hours already!!

Woohoo -- one step closer!  I really want to give you credit for your great attitude about the CPAP.  I know how important it is from personal experience.

Good luck from the bottom of my heart, i did had a machine 2, couldn't keep it on for more than 4 hours at the time, it would always end up on the floor next to my bed, make sure you keep in touch my the respiratory tech, if it doesn't work or if it is not comfortable for you.

I have been using one for years. My pressure is 10 right now. I would suggest ramping it then it will go down to 4 or so and slowly rise over 15 minutes or so. The button is usually next to the power button.
