Lots of celebrations today (NSV's & SV'S) new pics in my profile
Just a little update. Today is my 7 month surgiversary. I hit the Century Club today, I am down 100.9 lbs. According to the stupid BMI charts, I started in the morbidly obese category and with the loss today I am now in the overweight category. I am 5ft 6" and weight 184.1 today. I have gone from a size 22/24 to a comfortable and sometimes lose size 14. I would still like to lose about 30 more pounds but we will have to see what my body actually wants to do. I have already passed my surgeon's goal by about 5 lbs and won't see her again until December where I hope to have lost 100% of my excess body weight and not just the 60-80% that is the average. Today I am at a 78% excess body weight loss. My body fat has gone from over 50% down to 38.3%, this is something that I still need to work on but it is definitely an improvement. I am not on any medications other than vitamins. I still use my sleep apnea machine but have a doctor's appointment in August and hope that I get to come off of it soon. I am still shedding hair but it is not as bad as it was a couple months ago. Also with this weight loss today, I weigh less than my husband and that has never happened in the 30 years that I have known him. We celebrated out 26th wedding anniversary yesterday. Unfortunately I was having problems getting the pictures on here but they are in my profile and it should be open to everyone. The jeans I am wearing today are a little lose but you will get the idea. I have gone through some struggles through this journey and had several triggers last month that hit all at once but things have settled down a lot and I have been working on ways to deal with my triggers. This surgery was the best thing that I have ever done for myself. I have never given up and I would not change a thing. I appreciate all of you on this board and those on myfitnesspal. that have been there for me. Thanks everyone!
Congratulations! You look fantastic. :)

Those are some magnificant NSVs and SVs. What a testament to hanging in there and doing what you have to do!
