How Long did it take you to hear back from insurance?
I had Cigna and had to threaten them with the state Insurance Commissioner! FINALLY, after my surgery getting pushed back TWICE, they got it together.
But hey, out of over $23,000 in costs, I paid just over $800. Maybe they aren't so bad :)

I called my insurance company directly daily and found out I was approved in four days. It took my Dr.'s office two more weeks to receive the approval letter before they could tell me officially.
