3 months out and met my first goal!!
I was below 200 this morning!!! I'm losing slowly but haven't been that strict with eating and exercising over the summer! But, I finally made my first goal of below 200-- checking in at 198.6 this morning!! So excited. Next goal 50lbs lost.... here we go!!
Accountability statement: Will exercise 5 days a week when kids enter school next week to get this thing really going!!

Congrats on getting to Onederland!! The first 6 months is like a honeymoon phase where you're going to lose the most weight. Try to maximize that by eating right. It will only get harder. I just finished reading The Beck Diet Solution. Really good book. I learned a couple of great techniques from it.
