My first NSV
I have been a slow loser this past month but realized a NSV today......my total loss since I started this journey in March is 45 lbs.....today I went to go into the bathroom and my bathroom door is narrow as I suppose many bathroom doors are and I usually have to turn a little sideways so I don't catch my "shelves" AKA my hips.....today I was able to walk straight into the bathroom without turning sideways....sure my shelves brushed a little but heck I didn't have to turn sideways.....
OMG...awesome NVS's! Try and take the time to notice these differences as they are occuring...don't get overwhelmed by the total # that you are working toward...it's unbelievable how things do change as we go along this journey and you should take the time to acknowledge and celebrate your successes!! Congratulations on your amazing successes so far!
Great NSV, Kathy. Congratulations on 45 pounds lost. That's a good loss in a few months. You are doing great working that sleeve.
best wishes,
Carol
