I love my scale.
I was out of town on Sunday my weight in day. We, my husband and I visited some friends, we had lunch, played card told jokes, just had so much fun. None of them know I have weight loss surgery, I didn't tell them either. I ate greens, one spare rib steamed in a sauce we made a sugar free bar-b-que. I ate one teaspoon of a cake that was there that was it I was done. I waited 30 min. than started drinking water. I never felt like they were watching me. It was a great day. So today (Monday) I stepped on the scale and 282 lbs. down from 285 lbs. This tool is working, I know a stall is just around the corner but that's alright. So fellow sleevers work you tool and enjoy your week.
It sounds like you are doing great with your sleeve - and returning to a sense of normalcy. Its great to see. Nice post - its inspiring me.

Woo! I can relate!! I've noticed recently that no one is staring at me like I thought would happen. It's like I thought that, after surgery, people would see a flashing neon sign on my forehead that says, "WATCH ME EAT!!" Honestly, it's probably more true that I drew attention to myself BEFORE surgery with the absurdly LARGE amounts that I was eating!
