2nd anniversary - delayed response
Hi all,
This is a response to a post from Eric Klein that I have been very tardy in doing and I apologize for that. It came on my 2nd anniversary of WLS surgery. I am still doing fantastic and feel absolutely great. The only cloud on the horizon is struggling with a little bit of bounceback as far as weight from last winter. My WLS surgeon is not too worried about it as long as I do not gain more back but I am working to get it back off and get back to goal; about 20 lbs to go. The post also asked me if I have had plastic surgery since my WLS surgery and I have. It was more arduous than the WLS surgery but I would still recommend it if possible. I now look better as well as feel better. Overall, I can truthfully say that this has been the 3rd best decision of my life to have the WLS surgery (My wife is 1st and my children are 2nd). Anybody who is still contemplating the surgery and wants to contact me as far as questions or concerns, please e-mail me at [email protected]. Look forward to hearing from you.

Hi Rich,
I know you are very active on MFP which I haven't lately. Did you experience a 20 pound regain after you reached goal? If so, I had a regain too. I'm still trying to get back to goal and it's definitely harder the 2nd time around, would you say the same? Anyway, I still have to congratulate you on a job well done because you have certainly come a long way. You are so diligent with your workouts & tracking. Best of luck to you my friend!
