30lbs down and 7 inches off my waist. i fit back into everything in my closet. except one pair of pants..they are a 16. i was in a 22 now back in an 18.

You have to put the pictures on your profile page and then you can copy them and paste them into this screen. If you open 2 instances of this site it is easier to copy then paste. Hope this helps. I still struggle.
