BEST MULTI to TAKE?

I currently have Bariatric Advantage Complete Multi Formula chewables and every time I take one, I get nauseous.

Because of this, I don't take them very often.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a complete vitamin that I could take that has iron and biotin in it that is NOT chewable?

My NUT just recommended 21st Century Mega Multi for Women.  I hate the Bariatric Advantage too!

My surgeon recommends Flintstone Chewables with Iron and they are good tasting.

All my chewables make me nauseous.  I'm just holding out til next Monday when I can swallow things.  Actually, I'll have to go through my supply of chewables first, but I'll probably alternate until they're gone.
