I gave away 90% of my clothes to Goodwill last weekend.  And I am a solid size 12 jeans now.  Hooray!

Were you nervous giving it all away?? I am finding I have a hard time getting rid of my clothes. Maybe a fear of needing them again, maybe a security blanket, maybe a reminder....I don't know why!!

I gave mine away a sack at a time, tht was easier for me. Now,they go out the door as soon as there is a sag anywhere, lol.

I refused to keep around too big clothes " just in case". Tat gives me permission to need them again,ya now? I don't intend to ever need those sizes again and that is what I tell myself. I refuse to give myself mental permission to fail, and that's is what that is to me.

Yes, very nervous. I have a very bad history of losing and then gaining it all back plus a lot more.

Awesome!  Yay size 12!!  I'm hoping to be in 12's soon...14's a little baggier now.

We had a yard sale 2 weeks ago and I got rid of tons of clothes and shoes (I'm down 1/2 size in shoes, too lol).

It was a little weird seeing people paw my stuff and one lady even tried on pants in my driveway (over her shorts thank goodness)!  But I hope that people will get good wear out of them.

Hooray!  I just bagged up what (I think?) will be my last "too big" wave of donations except a couple pairs of pants that are borderline right now but I need to keep for work because I'm having a hard time finding replacements.

It's an awesome feeling!

Hooray for you. I had a hard time the first go round giving away the clothes- maybe I might need them- Never! Now I am glad to see what I really have to wear.

Congratulations on a size 12!  It gives me hope... Maybe some day...

I just bagged up my 5X winter coats and big shirts for goodwill. I really loved some of them. But  I think I could wrap them around me twice!  No way I'll ever wear them again.  Did I mention?  I love my sleeve.
