Yesterday, I ran another 5k and I PR'd with a time of 23min. 45sec. My previous 5k time was 26:26. I love running.

Amazing!  I don't want to tell you how long it takes me to run 5K, but I freely admit I do NOT love running.  I'm always happy I did it--after I stop. :)

I never like the first mile, it's after that point when I begin to enjoy running. It really doesn't matter the time; it's the fact that you got out there and ran is what counts. Oh, and you finish what you started. LOL

When I used to run when I was younger, my rockin' best was 33 minutes- you are lightning!

Time is just a number, at least you can log that you ran.
