5 months: lost 90 lbs, gained unbelievable joy (pic)

Hi everyone!

I'm now just 2 days shy of my 44th b-day and have managed to lose 90 lbs in 5 months.  How crazy is that??  Thanks to all of the valuable information/support gained here and on MFP, I am succeeding beyond my wildest dream. 

You read all of the posts about people hitting the Century Club by 6 months.  I honestly did not think this would be possible for me, but, yet, here am I, just 9 lbs away from 100 lbs gone.  WOW!

I've learned a lot about myself over these last several months.  I'll tell you, it is a journey.  There may be some turbulence along the way, but I know that it's going to be a smooth flight to my heart & soul's destination. 

If you're on the fence, hop onto this side.  For me, the grass was/is greener.  Do your research, ask questions, don't sweat the small stuff and make sure your head is screwed on straight with eyes wide open.  You, too, can succeed!!!

Great job ParisGirl! You are looking wonderful- a real transformation!

Beautiful words from a beautiful girl! You look amazing! Congrats on your weight loss and on your newfound joy! So agree with you about the small stuff...and at the end of the day, 99.9% of it is just that! Trust me, I did the math! ;-) 

Now, onward to that final destination! You deserve everything great this life has to offer!
