UPSET WITH MYSELF!!!!!
Hello, I need your help. Here's the problem. I have been losing weight slowly the pass few months. Stalling every few weeks as well. I have been very busy these pass few weeks so I haven't weighted in a while( two weeks). Today I weighted I'm up 5 pounds what!!!!! I can't believe it I have stayed on plain 96 oz of water 60-80 grams of protein, carbs 40-50 . walking everyday. So what am I doing wrong? I have a appointment with my doctor on 15 October my goal was to be 265 I 'm not going to make it. I'm 280 pounds up from 275 pounds. HELP PLEASE!!!! Today I tried on a suit size 20 down from a 22 that a good thing right?

If you are following your plan and you are sure you haven't increased calories, you should be losing fat. Weight can vary for so many reasons - water retention, time of month, hormones, etc. My weight can vary by three pounds without any identifiable reason. So look at the big picture, and don't let one weighing define your progress.
Hopefully, you'll see a decrease soon.
Are you logging your calories in MFP or some other tool? just to be sure they aren't sneaking into your diet?

One day won't make or break you. If you haven't been paying attention, some bad habits could be creeping in. Get back to logging everything and drink plenty of liquids and weigh yourself every day for a week. Get some baseline numbers before you panic. Remember, it's a journey...not a race. Good luck.
