5 months out from surgery. I love my gastric sleeve. I haven't felt this good in years. -85 lbs. I once wore 2X and 3X tall shirts. I now wear a L tall. I once wore 44-46 pants. Today I wear 38's and they are a bit big. I see 36's in the near future. 6 months ago I would be lucky if I could walk a mile. Today I can run a 10K and ride my bike 15 or 20 miles with no problems. I will be doing a sprint triathlon in November. I plan to do an olympic distance tri in the spring and maybe a half iron in the fall. Before surgery I wouldn't even dream of being able to do such a thing. Life is good!!
