5 more days...I can do this....

I only have 5 more days until my surgery.  Today is the first day since being on preop diet that I am REALLY HUNGRY.  I know I can work through this.  Just made some hot tea, which should help. I have followed my preop strictly and want to make it all the way through without any hitches. Just wanted to put this out there. I know I can do it.  Thanks for everyone on this forum for their support and insight.  It is great reading all of the posts!

I have 6 more days till surgery and I am feeling the same way you are feeling. I am so miserable, and on top of that I work second shift so that doesn't make it any better. I am trying to drink as much fluids as I can. I am able to put crystal light in my water so that does give me some flavor thru out the day other than these protein shakes. I wish you the very best on your journey. Keep us posted!
