That one seems to be a front runner in favorites here. I haven't personally tried it, but I will.

Thanks for the feedback! I have been drinking them this last week of my pre-op diet. I really could not afford the Bariatric advantage that my doctor wanted me to get. So I went to sams club and got 2 cases of the premier protein. The taste is not the best but better than some of the other shakes I have tried.

I used the chocolate premier protein..I did not like the vanilla.

What really helped me was the Syntrax protein powder. You can find it at The Vitamin Shoppe and it is also avail on line. It is sold in 2 lb containers and is around $35. That sounds expensive..but it provides 113 servings. So its about 31cents a serving. 23g of protein..so it is less than the premier..but I like it better than premier.

The double stuffed cookie is excellent. I mixed it with unsweetened almond milk and it is really good. If you get a powder you must get a blender bottle so that it mixes up thoroughly. They also have a chocolate truffle & vanilla bean torte that were good. They do have samples of these at Vitamin Shoppe.

Good luck! You are doing great!

Your surgery date will be here in no time!

I have been using the premier protein.  I have a chocolate one, then vanilla....  Try to keep variety. Good luck.

My doctor does not want me to mix it with milk at all, jus****er. I am not sure why, but I am trying to follow this diet to the best of my ability. It has been hard trying to get in all 5 shakes per day, but I am doing what I can. I have lost 16 pounds so far so apparently I am doing something right I hope. lol
