First "read" food
Hello all you guys. Ok, so I am 4.5 weeks out, and I have no idea what I am suppose to start eating on Monday.
I have been on the blenderized food for the past 2 weeks, and done well.
But I did not get a list of the foods to start with.
Just stay away from salad, steaks, some chicken if dry.
So what did you guys start off with?

all I got was the first 4-5 weeks, starting with the clear liquids, then cream soups and protein shakes, then the blenderized.
Not sure.
I have another appointment on the 24th, so I guess at that time I will get something else.
I was just wondering what everyone started eating when they could have the real food.
