I AM SO WEAK

I WAS SO WEAK TODAY. I ATE TWO LOW FAT NO SUGAR COOKIES.  I AM DRINKING WATER TRYING TO FLASH OUT THAT JUNK. SOMETIMES THE COOKIE MONSTER GET ME AND WILL NOT LET GO UNTIL IT GETS A COOKIE. I NOW FEEL SO BAD AND LIKE I GAVE IN TO FAST. MAYBE THIS WILL NOT WAKE UP THE CARB MONSTER THAT SLEEPS WITHIN ME.

Yep, you need to kill the carb monster and cleanse yourself of them.  When I give in, it is all down hill and a struggle to climb back up

When the carb monster gets to me, I find that if I follow up with protein, it helps curb the cravings. That said, if you only ate the 2, you'll probably be ok. Be sure to track them and you may find that you're still within your daily carb limits. Don't beat yourself up, but don't let yourself give in again. Slippery slope, as they say.

Don't beat on yourself and call yourself weak. Those kinds of negative emotions are what got a lot of us overweight to start with. How about instead you say, "I made a bad choice today. This is not how I want to treat myself. I have a new life and I'm going to do whatever I can to succeed!"

The carb monster will be scared of the new, powerful you!!

You've lost 113 pounds! You are doing everything right. So you ate 2 cookies....so what??? Congratulations on your loss! Stay positive and continue with what has made you so successful.
