THE STALL IS OVER!!!!!!

YES, I  have been in a stall and I gained 5 lbs. The pass 3.5 weeks have been stressful no weight loss even a gain. So stayed away from the scale for over a week. Today I got up and showered got the scale out from behind the dresser changed the  batteries stepped on and wait for it 270 lbs. OH YES !!!! I have been in a stall even gained 5 lbs the pass 3.5 weeks today the 5 lbs are gone and 5 more , How great is that? I had a goal for 6 months to be 265 lbs.( my 6 month date has passed  Oct 8)  but that's ok. I'm in a size 20 w from a 28/30 w. I;m wearing jeans again, don't need my walker anymore, no more blood pressure meds. So the goal of 265 in 6 months means little i have so much more to be thankful for. NONE SCALE VICTORIES.

Sounds like you are doing great. This is not a race to be skinny; it is a quest for better health and you have reached some important milestones. Keep going and you will reach your other goals too.

consult weight 241 (had not been accurately weighed for over 10 years, my medical records just said "wheelchair") high weight was probably closer to 260.

Theres hope I am on week 3 myself feels like my body is just done losing it is terrifying! I am going to begin aqua aerobics next week hoping that will help, also having difficulty getting the water in. Thanks for the hopeful post!
