I've been away from OH lately (and I MISS it and you all) due to work being crazy and actually having somewhat of a social life for the past couple weeks (several concerts and some Halloween festivities). But I had to check in today to report that I just saw 205 on my scale, which marks the halfway point for me and 75 lbs lost! I am about 5 and a half months out from surgery (the 75 lbs includes my pre-op diet).

I am making slow but steady progress at the gym. I think the personal training is helping.

I also had an NSV the other day. I went to scrape frost off my windshield and realized I can reach the whole thing. I used to miss a strip down the middle. I thought I had short arms, but duh, my big belly was in the way.

Anyway, thanks for letting me share. Next up: onederland!
