Surgery scheduled for Nov.21! Nervous and excited

Hello, 

I finally got the courage up to post! I booked my surgery,flights and hotel I'm self-pay, heading to michigan. I wasn't totally comfortable going to. Mexico though I've heard great things so I found a good self pay price and had to finally make this decision for me.  Even though I'm getting incredibly nervous as the time draws near, I'm very excited about this tool that will help me achieve my goals and start a new life. Thanks to everyone on this site I have the confidence to put myself first and I know I will be successful. Lots of love!
