Any 600 calories?

Thanks for your preciuos advice / suggestion on this ! I will try to stick 100% to the rules hence forth.

I weighed myself today and am still at 240 lbs :( I agree i nibbled a lil here a lil there.. but that couldnt have caused the halt :( anyway hoping to stay on trach this week and my next weigh in i expect to be atleast 5 lbs down! thanks again :)
