Tracy Anderson Method

Okay, I tried the Tracy Anderson Method for the first time yesterday, just the one for beginners.  I loved it.  I actually hurt just a bit today too, so I know it works to tone my body.  Excited to get her mat one.  I was not able to do everything perfectly, but with practice, I will get there.  I have come to realize that having to modify my moves is not a big deal when it comes to working out.  The point is to give it your best effort and keep working at it.  Off I go to Amazon to get her mat DVD and maybe some 3 pound weights.

If you prefer exercising at home, I encourage you to try different DVD workouts this winter and find one or two you love.  So worth it.  Exercise has benefits all its own, but liking it while you do it, well, that is a bonus.  Libraries have exercise DVD's, so you can even try them for free before you buy them.

Find your favorite way to move your body and strengthen it and GO FOR IT!
