GOAL!!!

Stepped on the scales this morning and this is what I see!!  That is -102 lbs from when I started at 313 lbs the day of surgery and I have surpassed my goal by 2 lbs.  It is amazing the transformation.  I've gone from a 46 pants to a 36, from a 3XL shirt to a L shirt.  Yesterday I rode my bike 16.2 miles and immediatley after ran a 5 K.  I think I'm ready for my first sprint triathlon in April.  Wish I could find one sooner!.
