8 Month Surgeversary and no longer obese!
I have been swamped at work and that's really cut into my OH time, but I wanted to check in since it's my 8 month surgery anniversary. I am down 107 lbs and lost 12 lbs in my 8th month. Yesterday I weighed in under 174, which puts me into the "overweight" rather than "obese" category! It blows my mind because when I look in the mirror, I do not see a person with "only" 43 lbs to lose.
In other news, I have not exercised for a month and a half due to foot/leg surgeries last month and am going a little crazy. Unfortunately, I have a complication from surgery and need to see a neurologist. I am relieved that I am continuing to lose despite this, but am worried I might be losing muscle. I am also job hunting very seriously at the moment as I hate my job with a burning passion.
So life is very stressful at the moment, but I am thrilled that I am down 107 lbs (too many NSVs to name lately) and that I have this amazing tool to help me stay in control even when I am stressed.
I know I always say I will post a pic later, and then I forget to. So I will try very hard to post some before and afters over the weekend.

So sorry to hear that you are having troubles :/.... BUT, congrats on your achievement - so exciting!!

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
