Ok, I've read about these on here several times and they always seem to get mixed reviews... I'm still curious though. Are they as difficult to prepare as some people say (with all the rinsing, rinsing, rinsing that you have to do)? I've also read that they're sort of rubbery... thoughts on that? I think I'm just going to suck it up and try it...

I was willing to try it and did. Here is my review:

Never again. If I want pasta, I will have the real thing. However, I know a few people who love the stuff.

they are also called miracle noodles, I had them when i did hcg in the past  but I couldn't swallow them, I couldn't get past the smell, to me they were gross but my sister eats them and she doesn't mind them at all...so yes you have to try them but only buy 1 bag in case.

Thanks for the input!! I'm still wondering if it comes down to prep method... I've seen a lot of posts that say the same thing that you said about the smell, but at the same time, I see others that say that they take in the flavor of whatever you cook them with...

yes apparently since they have no taste they will absorb whatever you put them in but the consistency is like rubber, ughhhh I couldn't.

but if you like pasta like I do I hope you like them, here is link to a bunch of healthy low calorie recipes, this recipes are for hcg , P2 so no sugar or fat , kind of like us :

I've had the miracle noodle version and yes they smell awful at first . You must squeeze out all the liquid and then wash them untill they don't smell anymore.. Then when u cook them they will taste like the sauce . They are rubbery and kind of chewy but nothing horrible!
