List of labs/blood work to request

I found a great list specifically for VSG to ask my cop for but can't find it and I want to print it out to ask the doctor. If I can't find it should I just ask for a full blood work up? I'm post op btw and I'm a bit lethargic. 

From my doctor's book:

CBC

Pro-time, INR, PTT

Iron, total binding capacity, transferrin

Comprehensive metabolic panel

Carnitine, folate, vitamin A, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin D, zinc

Lipid Panel, including total cholesterol, triglycerides, LDL, HDL, and VLDL

You can try searching this site (it's the tiny magnifying glass in the upper right), but the required labs vary by type of surgery, so make sure you're looking in the right forums.
