150 lb lost

jumped on the scale today at the gym and it said I lost 12 lb since I weighted myself at my surgeons office 2 weeks ago and the surgeons scale is lower than the gym usually

so I lost 150 from my highest weight

so where do I find the 150 lb lost medal , I forgot how I added the hundred on there
