Fears.. omg
So I got approved, then got my date today for FEB 24... I am a ball of nerves and fears.. and oh my its fast and .. i wanted it I did.. but what if I have gone through all this and wake up and they say they were not able to do it!
What if I fail? what if I am hungry? I am scared.. and nervous... sigh. I am ready though.. I have been ready.. I wanted this for so long it, and now I am ready to start my life.
Big deep cleansing breaths... I cant believe how nervous I am!

We've all been there! So sit down, take a deep breath, and think about each one of those questions. What is your plan if they say they can't do the surgery? What is your plan if you "fail" (although there is no such thing as failure, only lessons learned)? Know in your mind exactly what you will do each of these scenarios and *poof*, the fear dissapates (or least gets easier to bear).

What you are experiencing is very normal. I think the resounding agreement on the board though is that we all regret not doing it sooner :) You will do great!

Hey were surgery sisters! Im feb 24th too! Friend me and maybe we can boost each other up! Apprehension is setting in here too as ive already had some nightmares but like u i know its inevitable so sticking to my guns ...so far. :) think what a wonderful summer well have losing weight! Cant wait to do a twirl in a pretty summer dress 20-30 pounds (or more dare i say) lighter!
