Sick of sweet!
I am on day day 4 of the full liquid stage and have 3 more to go. I am sick to death of protein drinks, pudding, pipcicles, jello, smoothies. .
I did order the Unjury chicken flavored protein to put in things but it won't be here until next week sometime.
What do you suggest that has protein, and is not sweet? I have plain greek yogurt. Any ideas what I can do with that?
I know it's only 3 more days but even the thought of something sweet makes me nauseas.

I was a huge fan of chicken stock with a little chipotle in it to make it spicy.

That was just what I needed. I grabbed a little tub of that Greek yogurt, sifted the onion bits out of a packet of onion dip mix, and used the seasoning part to flavor the yogurt (I'll use those onion bits for something else later). It was awesomesauce! Sure, I can't have it with chips, but at least it's not sweet.
I'm in the same boat. I think I'm doing really well, but I never had much of a sweet tooth, and am I ever sick of sweetness!!! But nearly everything on the "full liquid" menu from my doctor is shakes, puddings, smoothies... I do take advantage of the Unjury chicken broth flavor! I've considered stirring a little curry flavoring and hot sauce into it, as I prefer foods with a bit of a kick.
Ugh-I can rate! I refer to December as "the month I didn't chew". Since I could have cottage cheese and yogurt on my liquid diet, I bought fat free ricotta cheese. I would take a couple of tablespoons and mix in some sea salt, Italian seasoning, and crushed red pepper flakes. Then I would microwave it for maybe 15 seconds. Towards the end I would add a teaspoon of tomato sauce. HEAVEN! Lol
