A weight-loss update. Today marks 1 year since I had my surgery and I'm down 212 pounds since my first visit with the surgeon a year and a half ago. Had my 12-month followup with the surgeon a couple weeks back and the only issue was that my B12 level was a little high. Ideally I think I'd like to lose another 60-80 pounds. I've been kind of stuck in the same 10 pound range for the past few months, but as the weather gets better going into the spring here I'm going to redouble my efforts at exercise. I'm feeling great in general and walking a lot more, and consistently taking the stairs at work. I've gone from size 56 pants and 6xlt shirts to 44 pants and 3xlt shirts. I didn't really realize how much sheer size I had lost until I went and tried on my old sport coat from my High School senior pictures and realized that it was way too big for me now too, and that was 16 years ago.
