Well it has been quite a journey so far and finally entered maintenance mode. Last month I saw my Doc for my 6th month post-op and was told that I lost 85% body fat and gained 15 lbs of muscle. My goal was to reach 180/175 but the vets here pushed me and yesterday I reached my original goal of 160. I am officially down 103 lbs since my first appointment and 115 lbs from my highest weight and reached normal BMI. :-) I have been going to the gym on a consistent basis and making sure to get in my protein, vitamins and water. I have to say that I am so glad that I made this decision..... Have a great day everyone!!
