Back To It!
So, food poisoning took me out of the game last week. I lived on toast, crackers, and Sprite for about 5 days. The scale dropped 4 pounds, but NOT ins ANY way that I would have wanted for it to! Now, I've had a weekend full of carb cravings, which make me feel CRAZY... Time to DETOX. Derailment is NOT. AN. OPTION.

Sorry for the rough patch. I know what you mean about not in any way you wanted. Last year in April I caught a stomach bug from my little boy, and I lost 10 lbs. in 2 days. As much as I love for the scales to move, I am trying desperately to avoid anyone with tummy troubles this year.
That said, you rock. You will rock right on through your carb cravings and keep on keeping on. I know you can do it! I'll be thinking about you over the next couple days. You got this!
