Great JCI International Accreditation Dr's?

Hi, I am trying to find a doctor who I can have the sleeve done by who is JCI International Accredited outside of the US and I read these doctors are required to provide the highest quality of care.  I was hoping Dr. Alverez was listed but can't seem to find it.  Can anyone else recommend one that they had a wonderful experience with?   Thanks
