A Gratifying NSV
So I was sleeved just before Halloween..cold weather ensues, long winter, not outside much to chat with the neighbors. I was dressed up for a concert Sat. night and as I was leaving the house I saw my neighbor out walking his dog. I wave at him from across the street and say Hello, he kind of half heartedly said Hi back, turned and looked at me, did a double take and said HELLL---OOOO. I live in the South so men are gentlemanly enough not to make weight comments but that whiplash he just gave himself totally made my day 
That's a wonderful NSV! Way to go! I got on the elevator at work this morning with a peer I had not seen in six months. I was talking away....she looked at me with a puzzled, "Do I know you look?" Then, you could see the recognition dawn as she said, "OMG....I didn't recognize you....you look great!" For some reason it sort of made me a little sad.....wow...all that weight.
