VSG on 03/10/14

Well today is my 4 weeks out and Wednesday will be one month exactly. I am happy to say I am down a total of 35 pounds the best decision I have ever made was to have the vsg surgery. My health is improving and so is my pain levels from my orthopedic issues. I hope when I lose another 20 pounds I can get off some of my medications. This forum has been such a big help I don't post much but I read it several times a day thank you all for all for the support.... Dawn

Isn't it great! I am 2 weeks post op and have lost 22 pounds since my highest weight. Already can wear clothes that haven't left my closet in years. Should have done this years ago!
