Have you tried taking it later in the day?  I normally don't get my first batch until I'm home from the gym and showered, which is 10-noon time frame.  That is super weird, though!

I'll try that next.. getting really tired of feeling like crap in the mornings.  I'm using a chewable multi I might switch  to a regular one.  I've never been one to be able to push my stomach to far in the morning.. guess it's a late riser.

It might be interesting, if you haven't tried it already, to just do one vit at a time and see if it's one specific one that triggers the issue.  (I'm just throwing ideas out here.)

I take a multi with iron, an omega 3, and sublingual B12.  My surgeon also recommended COQ10 and biotin, so I took them at first, but didn't notice a difference so I stopped.  I just had my three month labs, and everything was good but carnatine--not surprising since I'm a vegetarian and it's found mostly in red meat.  I ordered some and will start taking it when it gets here.

I am one of the few who doesn't take calcium and vitamin D.  Even post op, I get the recommended amount from diet because I eat dairy regularly, and I had a DEXA scan about two years ago showing I have 127% of the expected amount of bone.
