My new bathing suit

I have a big work event next month - they take all of us on weekend vacation once a year. This year we are going to Sandestin Florida. This means facing all of my colleagues and their guests...including the president of the company...in a bathing suit!

I wanted to find something that hid my upper thighs and de-emphasized the girls (or at least made them look better )and I found this number at Lands End. It was pricey, but I'm worth it and I will get a few years' wear out of it, I hope. It is the first bathing suit I can ever say I have loved.

Hey Laurie,

You are such a pretty young woman!  When you got this suit, did you go into a store or order online?  I have to ask another question as im in a quandary re bathing suits...How did you  know what size to order??? In pants...Misses im an 8, jr's 10, and tops are large or 12's I think.  Any ideas??/

I knew what to order because I track my measurements religiously, and I read the reviews on this suit that said they tend to run small. My measurements fit the 12, but I bumped up to a 14 and it was great. :)

PS I see you are from Parma! Hubby and I grew up in Bedford...Is spring starting for you there? You guys have had a TOUGH winter.
