It is only a tool, but a powerful tool. You need to follow the program, and if you do, it'll work.

If you told me 18 months ago, that I'd be thinking about how to stop losing weight now, I would have thought you were crazy.  I started at 385, and I'm now at 188, and for the first time in my life I'm thinking that I'll have to stop losing weight soon!

Did I mention, I love my sleeve? (smile)

I wish you every success in your weight loss journey.

Carol

It's great that you are aware of this early on.  It is a great tool - I love it.  But there are definite ways to avoid leveraging it if you aren't careful.
