I AM 7 MONTHS OUT AND CAN RUN A FULL MILE!!!!!! I BEGAN WALKING FOR 3 MINUTES, RUNNING FOR 3 MINUTES...CONTINUED THIS FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS AND INCREASED MY TIME WITH EACH WALK AND RUN INTERVAL. IT FEELS GOOD!!!
