Ugggggg going batty!!!
Ok so Ive been stuck at 200.6 for the past 5 days!!! I know there is always a stall... but come on at a point where I can finally be under 200!!! GRRRRRRRR !!!! also Im having a very very hard time eating and drinking for the past 5 days !!! food isnt working for me at all ... when I do It feels like its getting stuck... or feels like a ton of bricks is just sitting there!!!! I seem to be able to eat only a 2 maybe 3 spoons thats it.... I hate absoutly hate my protien shakes It takes me about 2 hrs to get down 8 oz.... and water ughhhhhh thats been really rough also I know I should have at least 64 oz but honestly im lucky if I get 45-50 this past week..... Ive been working quite a bit and Im walking during breaks.... and i get my meds and vits in every day...aside for this I feel fine .. I do get tired my quickley but thats been since the date of surgery!!!! Thanks for listening... :- (
You've already answered your own question. Water and protein are the key. Find a way to get those back up and the scale will move. Good luck, honey. I know that frustration. I was right there a couple of months ago.

Put your scale away so you don't see it. Then set up a day you weigh and make your mind adhere to it. I start Tuesday exercising. I went for an intake interview, I had to be weighed, my weight on her scale was 1.8 lbs heavier then mine at home. That has bugged me all week. I am doing pulmonary exercises and will be weighed 2x's weekly. So I have asked them not to tell me. Otherwise it will drive me crazy as well. Anyway today is weigh day, 5 lbs gone. Good luck.

Have you changed protein powders? I was trying to use chike and bariatric advantage and would have starved myself to death if that were my only options. I switched to 100% Gold Whey at BodyBuilders.com i get double choc then add 1/4 a banana and a lil PB2 and its like a chocolate smoothie and doesnt have the chalk flavor.
