Revelation

When I was changing the bottle in the water cooler at work today and struggling to carry the darn heavy thing, I realized I used to carry 2 1/2 of them around every minute of the day 100 pounds ago!

Isn't it amazing?

When I lost 40 pounds, I though to myself that it had been like carrying my chunky 2yo around with me 24/7. 

I have a master plan when I get to goal to go to Costco and make a pile of the huge sacks of potatoes representing the weight I have lost and posing for a photo with them.
