Half Way to Goal!
Today I weighed in at 237 which puts me exactly half way to goal! I stalled at 244--246 for about 3 weeks, and then, boom, down below 240. I definitely think I am a stair step loser. That is the second time I stalled for a while and then lost 5 pounds over a few days.
Very excited to be halfway to goal!
Also wanted to add that this is the first time I have been below 240 since my Freshman year of college, so I was 19. 214 is the lowest I can ever remember being. I have no memory of ever weighing less than 200. (Although I know I did at some point obviously) One step closer to getting to my lowest weight of memory!
