My very FIRST NSV!!!

VSG on 05/06/14

I am nine days postop, and I am officially off of both of my blood pressure medications!!! I honestly have tears in my eyes. I went for a follow up on Monday, and my BP was low, and she took me off one med. she said to monitor daily and call if the top number dropped below 100 or if my bottom number dropped below 60. This afternoon I was consistently getting 91/60. And that's only with half of a pill today.

Honestly and truly, I am so very thrilled that I did this. I took my first 2 mile walk today, and it felt great.
